How do I connect my surround sound to my dvd?

I am trying to connect my speakers connected with my reciever non 3d to a 3d dvd player connected to my 3d tv. I connected my dvd directly to my tv and now i dont know how to connect my surround with this set up. Please help.
I connected the 3d dvd player with an hdmi cable to my 3d tv.

I don't have my user manual for my remote and am trying to program it to control my new 3d Samsung blu ray DVD player.

I have a RC 5500SR and I can't imagine that they are that much different:
Turn off the Samsung DVD player.
Press the function selector button for DVD and the SETUP button at the same time. Hold until the indicator light blinks twice. Enter the four digit code for the Samsung DVD player (see below). If it is the correct code the DVD player will turn on or will respond to the ON/OFF button on the Marantz remote when pressed. If not, repeat the above procedure with the next code on the list:
0517, 0600, 0847.
