I'm looking for the best multi region blu-ray/dvd player. I would like one thats cheap but any will do really. I'm living in america and would love to go to best buy and get one but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

Most prisons allow inmates to buy tvs and whatnot; are they allowed dvd players and would Netflix or similar services deliver to them?

nope maybe 10-15 years ago if they had it but things like dvd players super excessive luxuries expect no action
