I have TuneBite, which can remove DRM from my Windows movies, but I don't know which video format I should convert it to. The original video file is .wmv, and I could convert it either to AVI or MP4. Which format should I convert it to, and which one can play on any DVD player?
Answer
Neither will play if all you do is convert it, and burn it. You need to convert it to a set of files that DVD players read. It consists of .vob, .bup and other such files. To create these files there are a number of programs you can download. I suggest using a program called ConvertXtoDVD. You can download it at http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/?ap=regnow&aid=199647&gclid=COuemvWVnpgCFQEoGgodBBIqnw. This is only a free trial, and will contain a watermark. To get rid of this, register with this code: 22222-22222-22222-22222-26L6F-A. Go into Settings>General>Uncheck "Check internet for updates regularly"
