Q. I need help. I am looking for a free software that plays DVD's on my computer, that way I can just insert the DVD Disc into my PC and watch the Movie(s) on my PC. Does anyone know where I can find a free DVD Player Software?

Hello, this question may be vague, but I use to have a DVD Player Software on my computer that I liked. I liked it because it would let you take screen shots and I like collecting images from my favorite shows/movies. I remember this certain software had a construction cone as the icon. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If not, can someone recommended another free DVD playing software? (But it must have the option where I can capture screen shots.)

I think you are talking about VLC player, its icon is a a orange and white construction cone. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

I love this player. As a hint also download the Combined Community Codec Pack, has everything you need in codecs. (the symbol on the page is just for fun don't be alarmed)
