What is the best upconverting dvd player currently on the market?

Looking for the best up-converting dvd player on the market with the best possible video signal and best audio signal and features. I don't want to buy a High Definition DVD player right now, but want the best possible picture on a 1080p or 1080i LCD tv. Looking for the dvd player with lots of extra feature with it (i.e. - HDMI or DVI output, SACD, JPEG viewer, upgradeable, etc.).
