i wanted a type of dvd player u can put on the car not those portable ones but the ones u can fix in your car can anyone give me any info on this like to where to buy this and the best one

If you can fit a double din radio Id suggest getting a Kenwood in-dash DVD player (model# DDX6019 ). Its has a 6.95" touchscreen and can play DVDs. You can add a navigation unit later on if you want. I got mine from best buy web site(they dont sell it in store). Crutchfield( http://www.crutchfield.com/S-hTRe5VyeCrp/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=113DDX6019 ) sells them too.

I am wanting to buy a GPS/DVD player in my 2000 Maxima and I want to know If anyone has had any problems or if you know the right software to get. Like TOM TOM Navigator 6 or Route 66 or what? All i know is that it has to be compatible with Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 Operating System. Any Help would be appreciated.

I am looking to buy a portable DVD player for a long car ride. I am looking at the portable players that have two screens. I saw one at Sam's Club. You can use it so two people can watch the same movie on two screens, or each TV can be used separately.
I might just end up getting two separate units, one for each child. I have owned an Audiovox portable DVD player in the past, and it broke a few months later. Are there any other good brands out there? Do anyone of you have experience with the two screen type? Thank you!

I bought a in car dvd player about two weeks ago. It has been working up until about 3 days ago. Everytime i put a disk into it i get a message saying loading, then it says error.
I bought a lense cleaner, and i got the same error report.
What do you think is wrong with it?

the laser may not be lined up anymore. if this is the case, the only thing you can do is return it. it would cost more to fix than it is worth. sorry.
