First make sure if you have a sliding sun roof that it clears the roof rolling back. I do and it works fine. slim unit will minimize someone accidentally hitting their head. You want one the swivels so if you have only one rear seat passenger the screen can be pointed in their direction if you like, or turn it all the way around so when your parked you can watch from drivers seat. Other than that installation is the big thing. Find someone or a company that does good work and make sure their is a separate fuse is installed with the unit. size 12 inch scrreen. about seven houndred unit and install or less.

Ok I was wondering do they make the roof mount car dvd player were you can install it your self, maybe with a couple of screws or something, instead of getting it installed and dealing with all types of wires?

i dont see why you cant do it yourself. just install it n cut a small whole into the fabric and run the wires down
