I want to order the fourth season of skins on DVD but idk if it will work in my DVD player.
I heard some say it will and vice versa so anyone know for sure?
Answer
It depends on your dvd player. UK disks are coded Region 2 and use PAL video coding. US disks are Region 1 and use NTSC video coding. IF your dvd player was designed to play Region 2 disks and convert PAL to NTSC then yes you can play it (these players are quite expensive and are not usually sold in stores - you have to order them from specialty stores). So if you have a standard dvd player you bought from a regular store then the chances of it playing the British dvds are slim to none.
