How do you Get netflix hooked up to your blu ray?

I have a sony player
I have wireless internet hooked up to the blu ray dvd player
I already have a netflix account
Please help step by step thnx!!!!!

When you turn on the blu ray, a registration number comes up and you have to go on the computer to register it in you Netflix account. Then you should be able to pick movies to watch instanly.

Not sure how bluray player connects to internet?

I recently purchased a SONY Blu-ray/dvd player w/ netflix LAN
the problem i have is hooking it up to the internet my cable modem has only one port i'm thinking all i may need is a splitter. But then i read that i need a wireless router also. I am VERY confused and frustrated.. Please help!
